We’re excited to now offer gluten free hot cross buns as part of our baked bread range. A lovely soft, fluffy bun which tastes just like the original version.
Ingredients: Water, Corn Starch, Fruit (10%) (Sultanas, Currants), Thickeners(1442, 464, 415), Sugar, Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Palm Kernel), Yeast, Psyllium Husk, Vinegar, Raising Agents(575, 500), Rice Malt, Food Acid(270, 327), Iodised Salt, Spices, Buckwheat Flour, Flax Seed Flour, Spirulina, Vegetable Emulsifier(471).
